If you haven't visited before, the Dixie Crossroads experience will give you an idea of what to expect. There is no doubt that Rock Shrimp is what made Dixie Crossroads famous. Rock Shrimp were once considered junk. Read The Rock Shrimp Story to find out how we turned them into a delicacy. We serve a great variety of seasonal shrimp. Shrimp Lore will introduce you to many of them. Like many types of sea food, shrimp are becoming scarce. We are working hard on a Rock Shrimp Conservation Program.

There's a little bias here, but we think that we live in one of the most exciting and beautiful places on earth. The Kennedy Space Center, Astronaut Hall of Fame, Space Walk of Fame Museum, VAC Warbird Museum and the American Police Hall of Fame call Titusville home, as do dozens of other attractions. Among our favorites are Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge & Canaveral National Seashore. They are home to Manatees, Sea Turtles & Dolphins and one of the world's most unique birds and bird habitats, the Florida Scrub and the Florida Scrub Jay. Many of the world's foremost birding experts come here for the birdwatching experience, and to participate in the Space Coast Birding & Wildlife Festival in November.
